It's fairly easy to push your elastic cord through the hole using a needle, bobby pin, or other small tip tool. I prefer to use a crochet needle to pull elastic through from the large opening into the opening with small hole. Crochet hooks (needles) are perfect for the job. Ear loops adjust very easily with toggles.
