Return Policy
Items must be returned within 14 days after the receipt of the item for an exchange or a refund.
If you are returning your item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply and must be in new unused condition (And in original packaging if the item came in original package).
Defective items are handled through manufacturer’s warranty and not through Graco-E-Distribution.
No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
Everything that was originally sent you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items. (Invoices, standard accessories included, etc.)
If an item(s) are refused you will be held responsible for all return shipping costs to Graco-E-Distributor even if the item originally shipped for free to you.

We do carry almost all the items we have listed in stock. In some instances however if an item is over sold or has another problem for any reason that will not allow us to ship out the item to the buyer; we will notify the buyer within 24 hours of the purchase for a full refund or other options.
