This is a new cylinder made by E.F. Britten & Co. in Cranford, NJ (American made) with a Sherwood 1014-B Refrigerant Cylinder Valve ¼" SAE Flare pre-installed.
E.F. Britten & Co made this tank / valve package was specifically made for a Honeywell facility also known as the Delaware Valley Works (DVW) which is a chemical manufacturing plant located in Claymont, Delaware. These are “excess” new stock from that plant's parts department. These cylinders are new in the box inventory.

Meeting exacting standards set forth by the Department of Transportation, all stock cylinders are manufactured and certified to DOT-4B specifications.
Applications for our cylinders run the gamut from specialty gasses and calibration gasses, to refrigerants use. The Sherwood 1014-B which is pre-installed is made specifically for refrigerant recovery applications.
