This Thermotex TTS Gold Infrared heating pad is new and still in the original packaging from the factory, and in my opinion appears to have never been used. When plugged in and turned on it heated quickly and evenly. The fabric cover is perfect.  Excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Designed for large muscle areas. Rigid construction does not bend or flex.
